Foundation Work at the Blind Children's Center
Delta Gammas have a 75-year history of volunteer participation at the Blind Children's Center. The Center was founded in 1938 by Dr. Titcomb and the Delta Gamma alumnae of Southern California.
The Blind Children's Center is a family-focused organization which serves children from birth through second grade, who are blind or visually impaired and their families in an inclusive setting. As a model program, the Center provides individualized services that are embedded into the daily routine with strategies delivered by a multi-disciplinary team using a coaching model.
